Enevra is an interdisciplinary team initiative that originated from Enactus Aachen, dedicated to improving global prosthetic care through innovation, accessibility, and social impact. Our team combines expertise in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and medicine, supported by diverse knowledge from other academic and professional fields. Together, we develop affordable, high-quality, and user-centered prosthetic solutions for people who currently lack access to adequate care.

  • Martin Iza-Mendez

    Head of Technical Development

    My name is Martin, I’m 23 years old and study production engineering in my master’s at RWTH Aachen. I am one of the project leads at Enevra, focusing on the technical development of our arm and leg prostheses, mainly through software development, CAD, and research.

  • Linus Wasser

    Head of Business Development

    My name is Linus, I’m 24 years old, and I study industrial engineering with a focus on electrical power engineering at RWTH Aachen. I am one of the two project leads at Enevra, where I mainly handle administrative tasks such as partner acquisition, project funding, and marketing.

  • Sören Geil

    Business Development

    I’m Sören, 20 years old, and I study industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen. My main work in the team involves various administrative tasks, such as coordinating with test users and developing and implementing marketing ideas.

  • Barış Sayitoğlu

    Software Development

    I’m Barış, 22 years old, and originally from Türkiye. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Engineering at RWTH Aachen. At Enevra, I am responsible for developing the software for personalized prosthesis generation

    Admin and Public Relations

    I’m Léa, 23 years old, and I’m pursuing a master’s degree in chemistry. At Enevra, I’m part of the administrative team, where I handle project funding, partner acquisition, and public relations to support the growth and visibility of our work.

  • Maria Breitkopf

    Technical Developmet

    My name is Maria, I’m 22 years old, and I study biology at RWTH Aachen. At Enevra, I’m part of the technical team, where I focus on research and the development of our prosthesis liner, helping refine materials and designs to improve comfort and usability for future patients.

  • Hannes Specht

    Technical Development

    I’m Hannes, 22 years old, and I study industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen. I’m part of the technical and CAD team and currently responsible for further developing the arm prosthesis. Most of my time is spent on design work and 3D printing.

  • Katharina Werda

    Technical Development

    My name is Katharina, I am 20 years old and study mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen. I am part of Enevra’s technical team, where I work on research and CAD design, contributing to the development and improvement of our prosthetic components.

  • Ozan Candas

    Software Development

    I’m Ozan, 22 years old, and I study Computer Engineering at RWTH Aachen. At Enevra, I support the software development team, helping build and improve the digital tools that enable personalized prosthesis design.

  • Ediz Kaan Izakaya

    Technical Development

    My name is Ediz Kaan, I am 20 years old and study mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen. At Enevra, I work in technical development, where I design components using CAD and ensure they are properly engineered. I am currently working on a functional foot for our leg prosthesis.
