Our Arm prosthesis

Our 3D-printed forearm prosthesis combines a natural appearance with practical, user-focused design. It is lightweight, comfortable to wear, and easy to adapt, making it a reliable everyday solution for people with forearm amputations.

Structure of the arm prosthesis

  • The cosmetic hand is 3D-printed and shaped and colored to resemble a natural arm, ensuring an inconspicuous appearance.

  • It is connected to a 3D-printed support plate that is individually thermoformed to fit the user’s stump. Numerous openings keep the prosthesis light, well ventilated, and structurally stable.

Fastening and wearing comfort

  • Straps with buckles at the proximal end wrap around the elbow, offering a secure hold without the need for complex fastening systems.

  • The interior is lined with a thin foam mat to reduce pressure points and increase comfort, even during extended wear.

The aim is to provide a cost-effective, quickly adaptable solution that gives people with forearm amputations greater independence and dignity.
