Our Leg prosthesis
Our 3D-printed leg prosthesis is designed for everyday reliability, comfort, and accessibility. Its modular structure allows for quick adjustments, easy repairs, and efficient production, making it a practical solution for regions with limited healthcare resources.
Structure of the prosthesis
The liner is individually molded from silicone, creating a comfortable interface between the residual limb and the prosthesis.
A 3D-printed socket fits precisely to the shape of the limb and liner and is connected to the system via an integrated adapter plate.
A sturdy, length-adjustable aluminum tube links the socket to the foot and provides essential rigidity while walking.
The prosthetic foot is a specially designed, 3D-printed model with a leaf-spring structure for reliable support.
This modular design makes production straightforward and allows flexibility in repair and service.
Our prosthesis helps restore mobility for people in low-income regions and areas with limited access to healthcare, independent of their financial situation.
